Here now! - replacement clutch plates for the black engine RL250/325 - £45 a set.

Piston kits - I have 9 +1.00mm and 10 +1.50mm oversized pistons for the black engine RL325.  These are modified to be used in the Suzuki and are a proven success.  Now available in +1.00mm (4th oversize) and +1.50mm (6th oversize) for the first time.  If you are on the maximum oversize Suzuki piston, your options are either to have your barrel re-sleeved and find a standard piston or buy an oversize.  All of the pistons currently available from Ebay, Crooks or Nigel Birkett are modified like these, except that these have additonal modification to combat lubrication problems around the exhaust port when hot.  Available at the end of the month for £60 each plus P&P.

Side Panels - I am having some glass fibre side panels re-manufactured for the 1977/8 silver engine RL250.  These are the ones with the embossed 'S' in them and come finished in Beamish Yellow (RAL 1003) and include the 'RL250' decal.  Picture to follow soon.  Available now at £40 per pair plus P&P.  Only had 10 pairs made (2 sold already) so first come first served.

I am also having 10 pairs of aluminium side panels made for the 1976 silver engine RL250 - more information soon.

Chainguards - for the black engine Beamish of all years.  Remanufactured as the original in black plastic.  Available mid July at £15 each plus P&P.

Engine Sprocket Guards - I hope to be having some of these available at the end of July.  Remanufactured in black plastic.  Once painted along with the magneto cover they should be indestinguishable from the original.  These will be £29 each plus P&P.

I am currently investigating the possiblity of having some cast in aluminium along with some magneto covers - watch this space!

NOS CDI unit for all silver engine models including the RL250, Exacta, TM250  and TS250 - £55 plus P&P

I also have had some decals made which are not available anywhere else, these are £8 a pair including postage to UK and EU countires.
