Suzuki Rl250 Exacta / Beamish Engine.

Fully rebuilt and reconditioned.

New parts fitted  ((s) = genuine suzuki).

Cylinder head (s), piston (s), rings (s), gudgion pin (s), clips (s), con-rod, big/small end (s), all bearings, all seals, gaskets (s), clutch friction plates & springs (ebc heavy duty), clutch cover (s), magneto cover (s), all lock tabs, stainless capscrews and nuts used through out.

The barrel was not rebored as it was well within the limits, so is still on its ‘std’ bore, which means it has loads of life and subsiquent rebores left in it.
The engine comes complete with magneto and stator (lighting coil removed) when spun by hand it produced between 5 to 8 volts so is good to go.
The crank shaft fly wheels are polished along with the cylinder head combustion chamber, piston crown and the ports have been de-burred as best as possible (not to increase performance but to aid clean combustion/running).
This is ready to bolt up, plug in and go (with some running in of course).

New pistons for the RL325 are available at £50 plus VAT from Nigel Birkett only available in standard size so you may need to re-sleeve your barrel as a last resort, these are also available from Crooks Suzuki too now!

If you are looking fof the orignal small triangular Takasago decal that was on the wheel rims and the fork leg warning decal the go to Reproductiondecals.com and look for item #SRM-82-465-WS in 'Suzuki Decals' these are for the RM465 but are just as on the Beamish.
